1 General provisions
- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the website available at www.mineandlearn.com (hereinafter: the „Website”), including by persons contacting us and parents/legal guardians enrolling children in English lessons conducted using the game Minecraft.

2 What data we process
In connection with your contact and registration for lessons, we process:
- name and surname of parent/legal guardian,
- parent/legal guardian's email address,
- parent's/legal guardian's telephone number,
- child's first name,
- child's age.
Child details may only be provided by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for their accuracy.
3 Purposes and legal bases for processing
- Reply to an enquiry sent via the contact form or email
- Conclusion and performance of the agreement for conducting lessons, including the organisation of classes and contact with the parent/guardian
- Settlement of payment for lessons (bank transfer) and potential accounting and tax obligations
4 Data retention period
- We store data related to the performance of the contract for the duration of the cooperation, and after its termination – for the period necessary to pursue potential claims and fulfil legal obligations (including tax obligations), as a rule for no longer than 6 years.
- We keep the personal data of individuals who contacted us but did not conclude an agreement for 3 months from the last contact.
5 Who we share data with
Data may be transferred, solely to the necessary extent:
- email address supporting the Service
- the bank through which payments are made,
- to authorised entities under the provisions of law (e.g. tax authorities).
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes.
6 Cookies
The website uses exclusively essential cookies, which are necessary for its proper technical operation. The website currently does not use analytical or marketing tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. If this changes, the Policy will be updated and an appropriate cookie consent banner will appear on the website.
7 Your rights
You have the right to:
- access to their data and to receive a copy of it,
- rectification of data,
- deletion of data („right to be forgotten”), unless this conflicts with the Controller's legal obligations,

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary in order to respond to your enquiry and to conclude and perform the contract for lessons. Refusal to provide data may make it impossible to take advantage of the offer.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data against disclosure to unauthorised persons, loss or destruction.
10 Privacy Policy Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy, in particular in connection with changes in legal regulations or the manner in which the Website operates. The current version is always available on the Website.
